Hanako Boulangeat is the Founder and CEO of Earth Boutique, a platform that advances sustainable living by empowering and connecting sustainable businesses and communities. From production to consumption, Earth Boutique advances sustainability literacy, advocacy and compliance by spotlighting sustainable cross-sector initiatives and conscious innovations through educational experiences, advisory support, and a curated marketplace. Through an international lens grounded in intercultural respect, Earth Boutique bridges business, community engagement, and systems change — fostering collective intelligence to turn intention into action.
Recognized for her ability to connect people, ideas, and impact, Hanako fosters cross-cultural and cross-sector collaboration. She founded the first French American Sustainability & Innovation Forum in New York with the French American Chamber of Commerce, where she also led the Sustainability & Innovation sector and committee. Member of the FACC-LA | SF Sustainability Committee, Hanako also serves as LA | OC City Lead for Women and Climate and has recently joined the Advisory Board of the Laguna Ocean Foundation.
